Love them both but, Madonna wins musically hands down b/c she’s been around long enough to become a legendary icon, and it takes alot to have that kind of staying power. Nearly every album of hers had great music on it, and that’s saying alot considering how much music she put out… Madonna, like Michael Jackson, has shaped culture w/ her music. There have been waannabees, and alot of female singers copy her like male singers copy MJ. Lady Gaga’s amazing but, she hasn’t been around in Hollywood enough to had the title of icon YET. She may. She seems talanted but, alot of stars fizzle out of creativity after the 1st few albums. Thus, music wise, Madonna wins. At best 1 could hope to tie Madonna….I don’t know that 1 could ever beat her.
Madonna had some fashion sense in the 80’s but, that didn’t last long except w/ the hair. Now it seems alot of what she wears is Gucci suits & mellow $h!t….Not as sparkly & as wild anymore…. She used to have fashion sense but, may have lost it somewhat in the 90’s. Lady GaGa’s style is awesome but, whether she will still have it when she’s older, time will tell. She probably will b/c she says she ‘won’t give up her creative ppl’ & says how ppl tell her to always keep her creative ppl around her & not to let anyone take them away from her… Furthermore Lady GaGa tells ppl what she wants fashion wise & has them make it 4 her where, Idk if Madonna ever did that to the extent that Lady GaGa does.
