Im not interested in going in drag or anything, but I would like to wear something that is technically for guys, yet has some inspiration of GaGa thrown in there as well…

A flesh colored rubber suit covered in butt plugs.
A noose so you can kill whats left of your manhood after the show.
its best to wear very light n comfortable clothes to any concert since it can be very hot.
nevertheless, you can try choose an article of your clothing to be very loud. neon blue or green hat (beret), jacket(or vest) with psychedelic detailing.
or colour your hair in different neon shades, or stripes, or go platinum blond
if all else fail, just wear i love gaga t shirt.,
Jet pack- that would sure get her to notice you
a small blazer in a bright colour,
skinny shiny trousers
and some goggle type of glasses with rhinestones
